We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team, working closely with our operations team and other key stakeholders to deliver accurate, insightful data analysis and reporting that drives informed decision-making across the organization. As a Reporting Analyst at Fella Health, you will take ownership of developing and maintaining a robust reporting framework, ensuring all teams have access to the data they need to drive success. Your primary focus will be on supporting the operations team by analyzing patient data, tracking medication delivery times, and monitoring other key performance indicators. You will also provide data support to other teams, such as growth, by working with data from ad platforms and sales.
