As a Data Analyst at Workwarp, you will play a pivotal role in our Data Management & Analytics team, focusing on empowering business users to confidently leverage our data assets. Your expertise will be crucial in triaging and responding to business inquiries about our data assets, including datasets, reports, and dashboards. You will also provide guidance to business users on how to effectively utilize the tools within our data stack, such as PowerBI, SQL databases, and Databricks.
A key aspect of your role will involve identifying, analyzing, and documenting recurring business questions that are not adequately addressed by our existing data assets and solutions. Your ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders will be invaluable, as will your capacity to write clear, concise documentation.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in data analysis and wrangling tasks, with proficiency in a variety of contexts and toolings. You should be highly skilled in MS Excel, PowerBI, and SQL databases, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies quickly.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is a requirement, as you will be communicating with stakeholders who speak both languages. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
