Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional analysis, customization, and configuration of MS Dynamics (D365 CE) to meet the organization's needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and prioritize system enhancements and improvements
- Assist in the development and implementation of new features and functionalities within the D365 platform
- Provide excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex issues and improve system efficiency
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that they are fully leveraging the capabilities of the D365 platform
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in D365 and related technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our systems and processes
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience in D365 functional analysis, customization, and configuration
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and improve system efficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
- A strong understanding of the D365 platform, including its features, functionalities, and limitations
- Experience working in a non-profit organization or a similar environment, with a passion for using technology to drive social impact
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Dataverse and Power Platform, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and applications
- Knowledge of other Microsoft technologies, such as Azure, Office 365, and SharePoint
- Experience with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
- A certification in D365 or a related technology, such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a strong academic record and a passion for learning
