Key Responsibilities
- Answering inbound member and provider calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and detailed information about benefits, eligibility, services, and programs to members and providers
- Utilizing high-speed internet connectivity via an ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted) to ensure secure and reliable service
- Participating in comprehensive training sessions, which will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role
- Meeting performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals, while consistently demonstrating a commitment to excellence
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. The following are essential requirements:
- Must live within 50 miles of Linthicum, MD, and be able to commute to the office when necessary (in the event of prolonged technical issues)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers, both orally and in written form
- Strong customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work from home, with a dedicated workspace that meets our technical requirements (high-speed internet connectivity via an ethernet cable)
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with a strong ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a remote call center setting, with a proven ability to thrive in a virtual environment
