Job Description:
As a Data Analyst 4, you will be responsible for designing and building monthly reports, analyzing data, and providing assessments and recommendations to team members. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and building required monthly reports, including Change Orders and Confirming Orders reports
- Producing reports on defined schedules and submitting communication to stakeholders
- Analyzing data and providing assessments and recommendations to team members
- Identifying impacts or changes needed to policies and procedures, including policy and procedure impact analysis and recommendations
- Creating end-user training content in support of organizational change management (OCM) initiatives
- Conducting research and comparative assessments to support business initiatives, including state laws, policies, and comparisons to other higher education institutions
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting
- Strong leadership and communication skills, including the ability to communicate clear daily progress updates
- Ability to read and interpret policy and law, including Virginia Procurement law and policy (VPPA and APSPM)
- Strong understanding and implementation of change management principles
