Payroll Consultant (Remote Opportunity)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee payroll processing and transmission for assigned regions, including the US, Canada, and/or LATAM
• Review, audit, and reconcile various payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Research and resolve escalated payroll issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and deliver custom payroll-related reporting for internal and external customers
• Lead system testing for payroll system changes and enhancements, ensuring seamless implementation
• Assist with coordination of information requests relating to financial audits, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail
• Serve as a subject matter expert for payroll system processes, staying up-to-date on federal, state/provincial, and local payroll and tax regulations

Requirements:

• 6+ years of payroll experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Multi-state/locality, Canadian, and/or LATAM payroll experience preferred
• Workday experience and highly skilled in Excel
• US/Canada/LATAM experience, with Canadian experience required
