Job Summary
We're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Remote Payroll Clerk to input daily labor data into our Corporate Time & Attendance Management System (CTAMS), perform clerical duties, and maintain accurate records. If you have a passion for data entry, excellent organizational skills, and experience with Microsoft Suite, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Input daily labor data into CTAMS, including hours worked, leave, and project accounting
- Maintain electronic files using Adobe Acrobat and ensure accurate labor distribution
- Perform various clerical duties, such as filing, typing, and data entry
- Review and input reports into database systems, and run reports as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date office files and records
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED or TASC) approved by a State's Department of Education
- Experience with data entry and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Access and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with Payroll Distribution Systems (e.g., Kronos)
