Key Responsibilities
- Process child care fee assistance applications in a timely and accurate manner.
- Enter client data into our database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Determine applicant eligibility based on program requirements and communicate the outcome effectively.
- Assist applicants in choosing suitable child care options and verify provider qualifications.
- Distribute program information and required documents to child care providers, ensuring they have the necessary resources.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, addressing client queries and concerns.
- Maintain professional and respectful relationships with clients, fostering a positive experience.
