In this role, you’ll be a strategic hiring partner to our leaders across various functions, including engineering, operations, and AI. You’ll lead full-cycle hiring with a strong focus on proactive sourcing, candidate evaluation, and delivering a seamless experience to both candidates and internal stakeholders. The people you bring in will directly impact how fast and how far we grow.
What You’ll DoBe the gatekeeper of talent quality—review CVs, portfolios, and signals beyond the resume to identify high-potential candidates who align with our values.
Take the lead in proactively sourcing exceptional talent using a mix of platforms, tools, communities, and creative outreach.
Partner closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of role needs, define selection criteria, and shape effective interview processes.
Conduct meaningful phone screens and first-round interviews to uncover potential beyond surface-level answers.
Deliver clear, structured feedback to both candidates and hiring teams.
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience—characterized by transparent communication, timely updates, and a human-first approach.
Manage, track, and continuously improve the end-to-end hiring pipeline using modern tools and metrics.
Stay informed about hiring trends, talent movements, and market benchmarks to inform your strategy.

4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a high-growth or tech/startup environment.
Proven track record in sourcing and hiring for diverse functions and seniority levels.
Deep familiarity with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and modern recruitment strategies.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with flat structures.
High emotional intelligence, problem-solving mindset, and a strong sense of ownership.
Experience hiring for tech, AI, or product roles
Exposure to regional or international hiring, especially across ASEAN
Familiarity with behavioral and situational interview techniques
Background in employer branding or recruitment marketing
Insight into startup or scale-up hiring challenges
