About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead End-to-End Dashboard Development Projects: Spearhead dashboard development projects from initial stakeholder engagement through deployment and maintenance, ensuring that deliverables meet business needs and drive value.
- Assess and Document Data Quality: Independently assess and document data quality across our platform solutions, including career site behavior, CRM, and virtual events engagement, to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and Develop Interactive Dashboards: Create interactive dashboards and visualizations that transform complex data into actionable business insights, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.
- Maintain Comprehensive Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all data processes, analytical methodologies, and dashboard functionality to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Identify Opportunities for Data Integration and Enrichment: Proactively identify opportunities for data integration and enrichment, including evaluation of third-party data sources and API integrations, to enhance our data analytics capabilities.
- Drive Standardized Reporting Processes: Drive the development of standardized reporting processes and best practices for data visualization to ensure consistency and excellence in our analytics endeavors.
- Conduct Stakeholder Meetings: Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, present findings, and ensure deliverables meet business needs, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Develop Benchmark Analyses: Develop and maintain benchmark analyses, combining proprietary platform data with external market data, to provide context and insights that inform business decisions.
- Research Emerging Technologies: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Gen AI solutions) that could enhance our data visualization and analysis capabilities, staying ahead of the curve in the world of data analytics.
- Partner with Data Engineering Teams: Partner with data engineering teams to optimize data collection, processing, and integration processes, ensuring seamless collaboration and data quality.
- Communicate Project Status and Risks: Provide regular status updates and proactively communicate project risks or blockers, ensuring transparency and timely issue resolution.
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Degree in an Analytical Field: A degree in an analytical field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, marketing analytics, data analytics, computer science) or equivalent practical experience, providing a solid foundation in data analysis and interpretation.
- 4+ Years of Experience: 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, talent intelligence, or a related analytical role, with demonstrated expertise in end-to-end dashboard development and deployment, independent project management, and stakeholder requirement gathering.
- Technical Skills: Strong SQL skills and experience with data manipulation, proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Sigma, Power BI), and knowledge of programming languages like Python or R, with demonstrated practical application.
- BigQuery Experience: Experience with BigQuery, enabling you to effectively manage and analyze large datasets.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating requirements into actionable insights, fostering strong relationships and driving business outcomes.
- Independent Project Management: Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Strong Documentation and Process Management: Strong documentation and process management skills, ensuring transparency, knowledge sharing, and consistency in our analytics endeavors.

Salary Range
The salary range for this role is USD $85,000.00 - $105,000.00, based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location.
