Key Responsibilities
- Review tax returns for businesses, individuals, trusts, and estates to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations
- Conduct research on income tax issues and provide written and oral communications to clients
- Manage multiple projects and requests, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
- Utilize Pro Systems FX tax software, Pro Systems FX engagement, and common office applications to efficiently complete tasks
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and expertise, contributing to the growth and development of our team
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:
- CPA, EA, or willingness to sit for these certifications ASAP
- Public Accounting experience, with a strong background in tax preparation and planning
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
- Experience reviewing business, individual, and trust income tax returns with intermediate to complex tax profiles
- Proficiency with Pro Systems FX tax software, Pro Systems FX engagement, and common office applications
