The Actuarial Development Program (ADP): Your Launchpad to Leadership

The Actuarial Development Program (ADP) is an industry‑leading, 3‑to‑5‑year rotational journey designed to accelerate your growth from a high‑potential associate actuary to a strategic leader. Participants rotate every 18‑24 months across core business lines—Life & Annuities, Retirement, Group Protection, and now, a newly‑expanded Chief Risk Office. Each rotation immerses you in product development, pricing, valuation, asset‑liability management, data analytics, and enterprise risk management. The ADP is built on a strong foundation of mentorship, exam support, and hands‑on experience with state‑of‑the‑art actuarial tools such as MG‑ALFA, Axis, Prophet, Dataiku, R, and Tableau. Your success is celebrated: competitive salary increases, bonuses tied to actuarial exam milestones, and generous study‑time allowances ensure you can achieve Fellowship of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) while delivering real business value.

Why This Role Is Different: Associate Actuary – Risk Management (Remote/Hybrid)
