Key Responsibilities – Your Daily Voyage

As the Sales Support Coordinator, you will be the central hub that connects our Personal Cruise Consultants with the resources they need to succeed. Your day‑to‑day duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Assist PCCs in driving sales: Provide timely data, documentation, and insights that help consultants increase market share for Holland America Line cruises and Alaska Land‑and‑Sea journeys.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for non‑revenue requests: Resolve guest inquiries related to dining arrangements, special requirements, express documents, and other post‑booking concerns.
• Process Siebel Service Requests: Enter, track, and close service tickets, ensuring accurate resolution of database ownership conflicts and assignment errors.
• Lead distribution: Evenly allocate incoming referred leads from other departments to PCCs, following established policies to maintain fairness and efficiency.
• Manage communications channels: Oversee department‑returned mail, monitor the shared email inbox, and respond to voicemail messages with professionalism and urgency.
• Support pricing and payment processes: Assist with cruise pricing calculations, payment collection, and group finalization tasks when PCCs are unavailable.
• Deliver high‑level service: Maintain exceptional service standards for both internal stakeholders and external guests, ensuring every interaction reflects Holland America’s brand values.
• Collaborate with management: Provide administrative assistance to department managers, prepare reports, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
