The Corporate Fleet Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the seamless operation of Stantec’s extensive vehicle inventory. Reporting directly to the Corporate Fleet Manager, you will serve as the central hub between internal stakeholders, external vendors, finance, and compliance teams. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will ensure that every asset is properly procured, maintained, insured, and documented, allowing project teams across the globe to focus on delivering world‑class engineering solutions without worrying about transportation logistics.

This is a fully remote opportunity, offering flexibility while still providing a strong connection to the broader Stantec community through virtual collaboration tools, regular team gatherings, and occasional on‑site visits when required.
