Job Overview
As a Director of Global Program Management, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Racks & Enclosure solutions business. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the on-boarding and launching of hyperscale customers into our Rack & Enclosure facilities worldwide
- Explaining technical quotes to customers and providing guidance on alternative manufacturing options
- Collaborating with Global Operations to manage enclosure customers globally, ensuring uniform performance and service across multiple sites
- Working closely with operations teams to drive customer satisfaction and sales growth
- Presenting to key stakeholders and customers, showcasing your technical expertise and communication skills
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 10+ years of experience working within the Racks & Enclosure/Sheet Metal business, with a deep understanding of the industry and its technical requirements
- Working knowledge of drawings and blueprints, with the ability to interpret and analyze technical information
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to key stakeholders and customers
- A customer-facing background in a technical role, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and sales growth
