The Director of Marketing Role: Leading Our Growth Strategy
We're seeking a visionary Director of Marketing to lead our growth strategy and propel Arise to the next level. As a key member of our early team, you'll work closely with our leadership team and report directly to our CEO. Your mission will be to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and growth across our markets and business lines.
Key Responsibilities: Driving Marketing Excellence
- Strategic leadership: Provide strategic direction and build the marketing function, owning the marketing strategy for D2C and B2B channels.
- Integrated marketing: Define and execute a comprehensive, omnichannel marketing plan that drives awareness and engagement with Arise.
- Growth & Product Marketing: Lead positioning, launch strategy, and messaging for Arise's unique care model and new product launches.
- Member acquisition: Own multichannel growth marketing activities to reach and engage new members in Arise care.
- New market launches: Define and own new state launch strategy and marketing activities to build awareness and drive member growth.
- Partnership growth: Collaborate with our Head of BD & Health Plan Partnerships to support B2B growth initiatives.
- Brand marketing: Ensure that Arise's mission and values are clearly communicated and upheld through all touchpoints with our brand.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other teams to align and deliver on shared goals and ensure consistent brand representation.
What We're Looking For: The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, with a focus on growth marketing and brand/product marketing.
- Demonstrated strategic leadership and ability to drive end-to-end marketing functions and initiatives.
- A strategic leader and doer, excited about building in the early days of Arise while planning for rapid growth and scale.
- A proven track record of driving impact through growth marketing initiatives and establishing measurable key performance indicators.
- Experience building from the ground up, whether that's new product launches or early-stage company growth.
- A passion for making eating disorder care more inclusive and accessible, and scaling a tech-enabled product.
- An empathetic and collaborative approach to working within a team to achieve shared goals.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team and cross-functional relationships while upholding our mission and values.
- Experience working with world-class consumer and/or healthcare brands.

The salary range for this role is $120,000-$160,000 per year, reflecting our commitment to attracting top talent.
