Key Responsibilities: Driving Growth and Excellence
- Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Craft and implement initiatives to drive revenue growth, enhance customer retention, and expand our market reach. Improve forecasting and advance our new logo acquisition and outreach programs to achieve sales targets.
- Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams: Lead a diverse team of sales professionals with varying roles, experiences, and responsibilities. Foster a culture of excellence through coaching, mentoring, and talent development.
- Optimize Sales Processes: Design and implement repeatable sales engagement frameworks and processes to elevate the customer experience. Define sales methodology frameworks, KPIs, and reporting structures to ensure accurate forecasting and target achievement.
