As an Account Manager, Customer-Mid-Market - Structural, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, managing customer relationships, and identifying new sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management and executive-level decision-makers in the construction industry
- Deliver comprehensive sales coverage, focusing on key product offerings, including Cloud, HR Management, and Project Management
- Utilize CRM software to monitor, analyze, and communicate sales data, informing product and service planning
- Maintain the highest ethical standards, adhering to our company values and code of conduct
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in the construction industry
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas of $500k+
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and build strong customer relationships
- Technical proficiency in Salesforce.com and experience with CRM software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the construction industry, with a deep understanding of the market and its challenges
- Excellent negotiating and closing skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal resources and external customers
