Key Responsibilities
- Produce needs analyses, sales proposals, and sales illustrations to support the division's sales goals
- Provide consultative case design assistance by aligning requestor goals with the appropriate products, riders, and features
- Proactively call out and follow up on campaigns, webinars, and illustrations as appropriate
- Understand how product features relate to the illustration software applications and provide software walkthroughs
- Participate and offer case design insights in team meetings to drive success
- Identify and communicate issues and opportunities that may affect the territory
- Keep other team members informed of current efforts and coordinate marketing seminars
- Maintain the sales database and assist in producing and implementing marketing programs
- Respond to field and internal requests for case design assistance and related information
- Provide product information, share ideas, and generate proposals to support sales goals
Essential Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in case design, including basic and advanced sales concepts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced team environment with excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with illustration software applications
- FINRA SIE and Series 6 or 7 and 63 licenses, in addition to a Resident State Insurance license (required within 6 months of start date)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with sensitivity analyses and illustrations for key client presentations
- Familiarity with marketing programs and promotional materials
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation and Benefits
Pacific Life offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- Base pay range: $89,100 - $108,900 (dependent upon experience, qualifications, and geographic location)
