About the Role
As a Senior Sales Executive - Digital Software Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in researching and pursuing new business leads, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This is a remote role with up to 50% travel required, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while engaging with clients and partners across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designated partners to achieve status, certifications, and publicity, driving business growth through strategic alliances.
- Develop and execute our system integration business partner model, identifying new sales leads and maintaining fruitful relationships with prospects.
- Research organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets, staying ahead of industry trends.
- Contact potential clients and partner sales executives to establish rapport and set up meetings, showcasing our innovative solutions.
- Plan and help prospects understand the value of our solutions, coordinating new marketing initiatives to drive engagement.
- Structure and shape deals for value, demonstrating and providing input on Capgemini offerings that meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate call details in Salesforce, ensuring seamless tracking and follow-up.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- 8-10 years of sales experience in engineering and design services, with a strong understanding of clients' business needs.
- Strong client references (6+ years) and a consistent track record of building senior-level client relationships.
- A background in solution selling, particularly in Digital Engineering, Manufacturing, and Design.
- The ability to lead one large or multiple small programs, driving business growth through innovative solutions.
- Experience selling creative, sophisticated business models to clients, with a proven track record in the high-tech sector and cross-selling into other domains.
- A history of winning and leading deals worth $5-10 million independently, with a passion for value selling and high-value models.
- A deep understanding of company strategy, including financials, offerings, segments, and target accounts.
