About the Role

The Inbound/Outbound Queue Associate is responsible for entering service authorizations, performing non-medical research, and providing support services to team members. You'll maintain accurate and complete documentation, protect member confidentiality, and assist in resolving claims payment issues. This role requires strong communication, telephonic, and organizational skills, as well as a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
