About the Role
As a Senior Cloud Solution Architect - Engineer Promoter, you will play a pivotal role in driving business value for our clients by leveraging Microsoft technologies. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, design innovative solutions, and empower them to achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities
- Client Centricity:
- Understand clients' overall business and IT needs to design cloud applications, including DevOps processes, AI, and low-code opportunities.
- Act as the voice of the client by driving new input into engineering, insights on usage, and application designs.
- Coordinate Microsoft Engineer resources to improve client engagement and accelerate solution deliveries.
- Support client skilling by delivering trusted technical advice and ensuring client success through technical conversations and cloud training.
- Ensure that solution deployments meet performance, security, scalability, viability, and reliability standards.
- Business Impact:
- Drive Client Success business results by identifying opportunities to drive cloud adoption and help clients achieve value from their Microsoft investments.
- Identify and resolve client blockers using subject matter expertise and internal Microsoft processes.
- Develop and maintain strong client/partner relationships to anticipate, identify, and resolve technical blockers.
- Utilize knowledge of Microsoft products, services, and value propositions to identify learning experiences and drive client success.
- Technical Leadership:
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and services aligned to client needs and industry trends.
- Share ideas, insights, and strategic technical input with technical teams and internal communities.
- Participate in external technical community events, such as conferences, workshops, and hackathons.
- Develop innovative ideas for changes and enhancements to existing IP, technologies, and processes for assigned clients/partners.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
- Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, DevOps, AI, and low-code technologies.
- Excellent business acumen and understanding of industry trends.
- Proven experience as a Cloud Solution Architect or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree or certifications in relevant fields (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
- Experience with Microsoft technologies, such as Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance.
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices, such as Agile, CI/CD, and monitoring.
