Key Responsibilities

- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, quality metrics, and other key performance indicators.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and other software applications.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or other languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
