Key Responsibilities
Strategic Design Leadership
- Translate expansive, forward‑thinking concepts into concrete, user‑focused design solutions that align with Instagram’s product goals.

- Own the design narrative from discovery through delivery, ensuring consistency across mobile, web, and emerging platforms.
User Research & Insight Generation
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research—interviews, usability testing, surveys, and analytics—to uncover real user needs and pain points.

Interaction & Visual Design Excellence

Essential Qualifications (Must‑Haves)

- Demonstrated expertise in user‑centered design processes, from research and ideation to prototyping and hand‑off.
