Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and execution of Q4 and Q1 events, such as tradeshows, webcasts, seminars, roundtables, and forums, including organizing materials, creating graphics, coordinating signage, and handling logistical arrangements.
- Provide administrative support for internal communications events, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Manage branded merchandise inventory and coordinate international shipping, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with various Marketing teams on diverse projects as needed, providing support and contributing to the achievement of project goals.
- Fulfill other assigned tasks and achieve desired outcomes, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- To have completed at least one year of college, with an interest in Marketing, promotion, advertising, event coordination, and social media.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
- Familiarity with graphic design or website software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, is advantageous but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
