Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate, and customer-focused claim information to callers, ensuring that all queries are resolved efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction.

• Work effectively with various products, including STD, SDI, AM, LTD, Life, and AD&D, demonstrating a thorough understanding of each and how they meet customer needs.

• Maintain a high level of compliance with operational standards, meeting or exceeding call center operational metrics, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess strong customer service experience, preferably within the financial services industry, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, either over the phone or in person. Experience in a call center environment, utilizing telephony-related production tools, is highly desirable. Alternatively, candidates with a Bachelor's degree will also be considered.
