Job Overview
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing leadership to our warehouse team, training and evaluating warehouse personnel and processes, and maintaining expertise in all areas of warehouse operations. You will lead the interviewing of potential candidates, provide direction to the assigned team, and offer guidance and support to specific areas of responsibility as designated by the Warehouse DC Manager. Your primary goal will be to ensure the safe and successful completion of all related daily warehouse activities and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct the daily activities of warehouse teammates to ensure the safe and successful completion of all related daily warehouse activities and operations.
- Oversee and delegate training of warehouse personnel, verifying that all applicable warehouse processes are followed.
- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions for hourly teammates, documenting and delivering performance management discussions, including disciplinary documents.
- Communicate with other departments and internal/external stakeholders regarding identified process improvements, quality, Out-of-Stocks, Late Loads, and more.
- Manage and model the safety culture, striving for 100% compliance with safety policies and procedures.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a warehouse environment.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience supervising or leading people in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to lead, coach, teach, and train in a manner that aligns with our company's purpose and values.
- Extensive knowledge of all warehouse processes and systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet Explorer.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere, walking and repetitively lifting 30 lbs, with the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment and adapt to the needs of the role in different work areas throughout the workday.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Certification.
- Experience working in a noisy and non-temperature-controlled environment, including high and low-temperature environments.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $58,000.00 - $72,500.00, depending on experience, as well as a range of perks and benefits, including:
