• Prepare for each shift by reviewing your schedule, logging in, and getting ready to offer a world-class customer purchasing experience
• Contact product suppliers to gather additional information that may not be available on the Wayfair website
• Follow our designated Sales Cycle and call flow, including testing questions, accepting orders, building rapport, and more
• Focus on the customer's needs and consistently look for ways to enhance their experience by upselling or cross-selling relevant products

Essential Qualifications and Requirements
