Key Responsibilities
- Client Support and Coaching: Provide boutique-level customer service and nutritional support to 1:1 clients and prospective clients, guiding them through their health journeys and empowering them to achieve their wellness goals.
- Health History Review and Interpretation: Thoroughly review and interpret client health histories to understand their unique health challenges and develop personalized wellness plans.
- Initial Consultations and Follow-ups: Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients, follow up with them as needed, and maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress via electronic client records management software.
- Lab Result Interpretation and Functional Lab Review Sessions: Review and interpret client test results, lead functional lab review sessions with clients, and develop client nutritional/lifestyle/supplement/testing/retesting protocols tailored to their specific needs.
- Customer Support and Education: Provide ongoing customer support for client questions related to nutrition, diet, lifestyle, and supplements, ensuring that clients are well-informed and empowered to make healthy choices.
- Supplement Management and Protocol Development: Manage client supplement recommendations in company dispensary accounts and develop comprehensive protocols that address clients' nutritional and lifestyle needs.
- Professional Development and Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly Practitioner Mastermind meetings, monthly reporting on Key Performance Indicators, and administrative meetings as needed, including monthly training meetings, to ensure continuous learning and team cohesion.
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and requirements:
- Certification or Degree in Functional Nutrition or Related Field: A certification as a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, Naturopath, or a similar degree in a holistic health field is required.
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Functional Nutrition Coaching: Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience coaching clients using FDN or other functional nutrition approaches, demonstrating a deep understanding of holistic health principles and practices.
- Extensive Experience with Functional Lab Testing Interpretation: Proficiency in interpreting functional lab tests such as GI-MAP, DUTCH, BloodChem, HTMA, OAT, and Genomics is essential for developing personalized wellness plans.
