We're seeking an experienced Full Stack General Upwork Application Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our workforce development and talent acquisition team, you'll play a critical role in driving our mission forward. About the Role
The Full Stack General Upwork Application Specialist will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent to our platform
- Creating and managing job postings, job descriptions, and other recruitment materials to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address talent gaps, and develop solutions to meet business needs
- Providing exceptional customer service to candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a positive and seamless experience
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies and improve outcomes
- Analyzing data and metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and inform data-driven decision-making
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and other partners
- Contributing to the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to promote a culture of belonging and inclusion
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as human resources, business administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
- Proven experience with full-stack recruitment, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making
- Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as Workday, BambooHR, or similar platforms
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in all aspects of the role
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition
