Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the daily schedules of Service & Install Technicians to ensure efficient service delivery
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Schedule return trips with customers when parts are available, ensuring minimal delays and maximum customer satisfaction
• Manage the on-call schedule for service technicians, ensuring that our customers receive prompt and reliable service

Requirements and Qualifications

You should be highly organized, with excellent computer skills and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A minimum of 1-2 years of related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching, or project management is required, although equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Essential Qualifications:

• Advanced customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills

• Working knowledge of the HVAC & Plumbing industry, with a understanding of our products and services
• 2+ years of experience as an HVAC & Plumbing Dispatcher, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
• 2+ years of dispatching experience, with a strong understanding of scheduling, routing, and logistics
• Experience using Service Titan or similar software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to our systems and processes
