This is a remote/hybrid position that offers the unique opportunity to work from home while being an integral part of our customer service and dispatch team. As a Remote Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will wear multiple hats, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your role will be the front line of support for our customers, helping to ensure their satisfaction with our products, services, and features. You will be responsible for maintaining the daily schedules of our Service & Install Technicians, scheduling return trips with customers when parts are available, managing the on-call schedule for service technicians, keeping customers informed about our company schedule and requested lead times, and maintaining our customer database with current information.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess advanced customer service skills, with the ability to multi-task, think critically, and work in a fast-paced environment. You should be highly organized, with excellent computer skills and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A minimum of 1-2 years of related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching, or project management is required, although equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
