About the Role

We are offering a 6-month contract with a high potential for extension, providing you with the opportunity to grow and develop your skills within our dynamic team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be working in a flexible 24/7 call center environment, with specific available shifts including 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (Tue - Sat), 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (Sun - Thu), 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm (Sat - Wed), and 10:30 am - 7:00 pm (Fri - Tue). Our pay rate is competitive at $18.83/hr on a W2 contract, and we conduct interviews via video using Zoom or MS Teams for your convenience.
