• Handle incoming borrower, agent, and lender calls with some supervision, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve customer inquiries.
• Manage incoming and outbound calls at a professional level, ensuring that all interactions are courteous, efficient, and effective.
• Work the outbound call queue and the outbound max queue by making outbound calls or web verification, consistently meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Accurately compose written information for loan histories of customers, ensuring that all documentation is thorough and up-to-date.
• Verify, key, and/or memo insurance information with precision, maintaining the integrity of our internal tracking system.
• Process insurance information received from agents, lenders, and borrowers, reviewing policies for compliance with lender requirements and distributing information as needed.
• Mentor fellow co-workers as requested by your supervisor, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• At least 1 year of related experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
