About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a work-from-home capacity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients, providing them with personalized support and guidance to help them navigate their healthcare plans. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Answer client inquiries and resolve issues related to healthcare plans, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
- Offer personalized support and guidance to clients to help them better understand their healthcare options and make informed decisions
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and provide seamless support
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards, including call handling time, first-call resolution rates, and client satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory requirements to ensure confidentiality and security of client information
Essential Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications and ability to learn new software systems quickly
- High school diploma or equivalent education

- Experience in a healthcare or insurance-related field
