Job Overview

In this full-time remote data entry position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and performing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Model and convey a positive and exceptional client experience, greeting clients, and offering assistance with products and services
• Register sales on assigned sales register, provide clients with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
• Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, utilizing pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication information and process prescriptions
• Engage clients and patients by greeting them and offering help with items and services, settling client issues and answering inquiries to ensure a positive client experience
• Model and offer client support best practices with all colleagues to deliver a unique and outstanding client experience
• Perform various administrative tasks, including processing transactions, handling calls, and maintaining records
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to achieve goals, objectives, and standards, and participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of pharmacy systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• At least six months of experience in a retail environment
• Previous work experience with blithequark or a similar organization
• Good numerical skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions
• Good computer skills, including knowledge of store inventory control
• PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification through the designated PTCB training program
