Key Responsibilities
- Respond to a high volume of inbound phone calls, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with sales team members and other stakeholders to resolve customer challenges and ensure seamless issue resolution
- Utilize computer systems and software applications to manage customer interactions, process orders, and maintain accurate records
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through active listening, empathy, and personalized support
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, services, and company policies to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based or remote environment
- Ability to commute to our facility in Waterloo, IA, for training and occasional onsite work
- A secure, dedicated workspace at home with stable internet connectivity (minimum 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds)
- Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs simultaneously
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a hybrid or remote work environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, order processing, and product identification
