Job Overview
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head of Ecommerce and Marketing to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving our global expansion, developing and executing marketing strategies, and managing our ecommerce operations. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive global expansion and brand growth
- Manage and optimize our ecommerce operations, including website development, user experience, and customer engagement
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to meet deadlines and achieve campaign goals
- Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Meta, Google, and TikTok
- Create and implement VSL-style video marketing campaigns to drive conversions and sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute company-wide initiatives and projects
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve our marketing efforts
Essential Qualifications
- At least 4+ years of experience in digital marketing as a growth officer or similar role
- At least 4+ years of experience in the ecommerce space, ideally with supplements or health and wellness products
- Strong background in performance marketing and direct response marketing
- Proven track record of scaling and managing health and wellness brands to achieve multiple 7-figure monthly sales
- Experience with VSL-style video marketing and traffic channels (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- At least 1 year of Scrum experience and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading a team (4-10) to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in media buying and creative strategy
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
