- Apply the GREAT Program: Routinely apply the GREAT program's five-step approach: greet and engage the client, request credit, explain the savings, ask them to complete a survey, and thank them for their patronage.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Technological Advancements: Be capable of acquiring and adjusting to the latest technological advancements to cater to customers' demands.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Achieve exceptional customer satisfaction by utilizing proficient issue resolution skills.
- Promote Kohl's Charge Accounts and Rewards Initiatives: Provoke, initiate, and set into motion submissions for Kohl's Charge accounts and rewards initiatives.
- Manage Cash Transactions: Guarantee that all protocols related to the management of cash are strictly followed according to established policies and procedures.
- Efficiently Conduct Transactions: Efficiently conduct transactions while engaging customers to ensure accuracy in every transaction.
- Adapt to Various Roles: Be open to adapting and mastering various roles throughout the store, as required.
- Visual Merchandising: Implement and maintain visually appealing store displays, including mannequins, forms, displays, lighting, and graphics.
- Merchandising and Sales Floor Operations: Enhance the shopping experience by managing and organizing merchandising, sales floor operations, and replenishment.
Essential Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Physical Demands: Capability to raise 50 pounds periodically or frequently, and the capacity to remain standing or in motion within various departments for the entirety of work hours.
