Our team is passionate about innovation, creativity, and customer satisfaction, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our mission. **Job Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Live Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the Live Help Games Development team, ensuring the successful execution of live games, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence. Your key responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with the Live Help Operations Manager to ensure the smooth operation of live games, including guides, conditions, and updates * Recognizing and leading key initiatives across the portfolio to ensure the team and engineers have clear objectives, structures, and needs to succeed in live help games * Collaborating with business development and creative teams to ensure we're making the right decisions for our engineers and members, aligning with our overall strategy * Defining, developing, and refining the overall Live Help operations strategy for the portfolio, including pipelines and cycles to ensure Live Makers have everything they need to serve players, engineers, and partners * Managing a team of Live Makers, supporting them in their role as our external engineers' primary resource for post-launch releases * Tutoring, mentoring, and leading multiple Live Makers, setting out development and opportunities for their success while maintaining a good production capacity * Assisting Live Makers and PMs in budget management against individual game updates and Live Assistance plans * Helping to resolve complex item issues through creativity, imagination, and other means necessary to get the job done * Recognizing risks early and frequently and eliminating barriers and execution bottlenecks on a case-by-case basis * Fostering strong relationships with internal and first-party studios to establish and maintain a flow of information so we're aligned on structures, games, opportunities, and needs * Working directly with business development on designer assessments when necessary and conveying production-related issues and feedback to ensure engineers are set up for success before signing * Working cross-functionally to create a strong team culture based on rich communication, transparency, and shared understanding **Capabilities** * Past Chief Maker or Live Help Tasks Manager experience in a game developer or publisher * Experience in core development and execution, specifically post-launch/live services experience in gaming (console, PC, or mobile) * You have powerful experience managing the full lifecycle of game development with a particular focus on post-launch live help tasks * Superb knowledge of Live Help operations, the challenges commonly experienced by teams, and solutions tailored to their needs * Experience driving complex cross-functional projects with successful delivery of value, plan, and in adjusting scope, capacity, budget, risk, and time * Ability to influence direction, without relying on positional power * You have an uncanny ability to reach solutions through creative strategies and fostering an approach to set them in motion * You have great communication skills and can work with various individuals, really conveying everything from information to imaginative feedback * You have several years of experience managing direct reports with differing levels of production experience * Passion for games, developments in software, and how they advance the player experience **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a competitive compensation package, including: * A salary range of $20-30 per hour * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage * A 401(k) matching program * A generous paid time off policy * Opportunities for professional growth and development * A dynamic and inclusive work environment **Why Join arenaflex?** * We're a global entertainment company that's changing the way people experience movies, TV shows, and games * We're committed to innovation, creativity, and customer satisfaction * We offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity and inclusion * We provide opportunities for professional growth and development * We're passionate about making a positive impact on our members and the communities we serve **How to Apply** If you're a seasoned Live Operations Manager with a passion for games and innovation, we want to hear from you!
