As a Full Stack OT Systems Engineer, you'll be responsible for creating, planning, testing, integrating, and deploying framework programming and equipment arrangements. You'll work closely with our field teams to provide support and lead site visits to assess performance, survey installations, and provide project support. Our team is passionate about what we do, and we're looking for like-minded individuals who share our vision and values. **Key Responsibilities:** * Creates, plans, tests, integrates, and deploys framework programming and equipment arrangements * Provides field support and leads site visits to assess performance, survey installations, and provide project support * Tests applications to ensure plans meet requirements, business needs, and determines the best solutions * Manages project lifecycles, including project scope, resources, plan, inception, startup/plan, building, and sending to see projects from start to finish * Works with site teams, vendors, contractors, and local cross-functional staff to effectively meet project targets concerning system functionality, system performance, and system reliability * Recognizes issues that need to be resolved by specialists or application developers quickly * Communicates with supervisory team to provide updates and ensure effective execution of solutions * Assembles data from tested answers to compare with benchmarking data and ensure effectiveness * Performs field verification to ensure installed solutions meet clients' and group's installation standards * Manages vendors and contractors for workstation, server, and installed framework program development for complex control systems * Circulates back to assigned resources officially (e.g., status meetings, etc.) and informally to consistently manage the efficiency of the team, project timelines, and expectations * Provides field support for integration of systems as needed * Collaborates with colleagues to determine project requirements from overall system plans and to get suitable solutions (e.g., software, hardware, processes, etc.) * Attends design review meetings with internal and external colleagues to identify business needs and system requirements **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, etc.) * 5+ years of experience in OT Systems Engineering, with a focus on advanced mechanics framework development and integrations * Experience with C++, Python, Drawl, MatLab, and Linux-based working framework conditions * Broad experience in advanced mechanics or material handling framework designs/development/applications/integration * Familiarity with current security methods and guidelines * Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends, with 80-90% travel requirement **Preferred Qualifications:** * Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, etc.) * 10+ years of experience in OT Systems Engineering, with a focus on advanced mechanics framework development and integrations * Experience with cloud-based platforms and web application development * Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices **Work Environment and Culture:** * arenaflex is committed to providing a work environment that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive * Our team is passionate about what we do, and we're looking for like-minded individuals who share our vision and values * We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: $35-40/hour * Benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off * Opportunities for career growth and professional development, including training and education programs **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and experienced Full Stack OT Systems Engineer looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
