**Responsibilities**
As an e-Service Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our members. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Assisting customers, contractors, and/or business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication according to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage
* Explaining and upholding contract coverage to customers and/or contractors
* Following up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved
* Maintaining current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and completing required continuing education courses
* May assume other duties as assigned
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
* 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles preferred
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong computer literacy and proficiency in software applications
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Customer service experience and/or training
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with home service industry or related fields
**Compensation and Benefits**
