**Job Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing full-cycle innovation acquisition projects, including:
* Managing full-cycle innovation acquisition projects, including procedure, recognizing the right potential partners, outreach, competitive offering, evaluation, and contract discussion, and agreement approval.
* Cultivating strong relationships with external merchant partners and internal business colleagues.
* Managing multiple projects simultaneously, from fast agreement re-renewals to in-depth new essential associations.
* Organizing a vast dataset of organizations, being data-driven, and providing clear reporting back to the board on the status of re-renewals or other significant agreement terms.
* Analyzing spend and other data to resolve issues, monitor buying activity, and lead benchmarking.
* Ensuring that all agreements are executed and recorded, and that approved payments reflect organizational terms.
**The Stuff to Succeed**
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* A strong understanding of Innovation Acquisition (software, equipment, telco, or datacenter).
* The ability to convincingly manage a multitude of tasks across the business that are often highly technical in nature.
* Practical experience grounded in strong business/finance basics.
* Remarkable relational skills in all forms – written, verbal, and discussion.
* The ability to collaborate effectively with C-suite and senior leaders as well as prepared provider partners.
* Energy to engage with diverse and dispersed teams across the organization consistently.
* Ideally, at least 4 years of innovation acquisition-related work experience.
