**Job Summary**
As a part-time Customer Experience Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with shoppers, and driving customer satisfaction. You will be the face of arenaflex, providing support to customers via email and live chat, and using internal communication software to interact with your teammates, management, and other departments.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver nothing-but-wonderful customer service by supporting customers via email and live chat
* Learn our internal management system in order to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
* Use internal communication software to interact with your teammates, management, and other departments
* Dream up solutions for even the smallest trends and pain points so we can optimize each customer's experience
* Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience
**Requirements**
* Self-starter who takes ownership of (and pride in) your work
* Creative and innovative problem solver who continually thinks outside the box
* Sensitive and skillful communicator (both online and offline!) who can adapt your tone and communication style depending on your audience
* Eager to learn new technology systems and procedures

**Preferred Qualifications**
* Customer service experience
* Experience working from home
* Familiarity with internal management systems and communication software
* Experience with conflict resolution and issue escalation
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
