**Job Overview**
As a Customer Service Account Associate at arenaflex, you'll be part of a high-performing team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to astound customers with effective resolution, proactive account management, and customer education. You'll settle and resolve root causes to customer concerns and inquiries, identify opportunities for revenue and service enhancements, and explore customer needs to develop loyal and profitable customers. **Key Responsibilities**
• Provide effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the outcome.
• Build customer loyalty and value through effective account management, identifying opportunities for additional products, features, and services, and collecting past-due balances.
• Deliver exceptional customer service using resource documentation for reference and the automated and training tools provided.
• Meet department efficiency and quality standards, ensuring that customer interactions are handled in a timely and professional manner.
• Approach each customer interaction with a can-do attitude, treating each customer with respect, courtesy, and a genuine desire to help.
• Complete training requirements to learn new skills and processes, grow knowledge of systems, and develop proficiency in areas such as interpersonal requirements and competencies needed for the Expert role.
**Essential Qualifications**
• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• At least 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
• Ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously (required)
• Proficiency in Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred) (preferred)
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
