We’re currently hiring a full-timeLCSW, LPCC, or LMFTto provide virtual outpatient therapy for adults through one of our trusted California-based partners.
What You'll Do
As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll:
Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.
Provide therapy to patients (ages 5+), with diagnoses including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and grief.
Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more
Setting: 100% Remote | Arizona-based outpatient FQHC
Schedule:Monday–Friday, 40 hrs/wk within 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST, open to 8 or 10 hr shifts
Caseload:Average case load of 40-50 clients
Appointments: 60 minutes for initial evaluations, 60 minutes for follow-up appointments
Administrate Time:1 hour daily

2+ years of experience as an independently licensed Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with an active Arizona license
Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during PST hours
Proven experience in providing therapy services with at least 2 years ofexperience
Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
Telehealth experience preferred (familiarity with NextGen is a plus!)
