About the Role: Associate Director, Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Associate Director, Project Manager to join our Professional Services team. As a key member of our High-Tech group, you will play a vital role in driving project delivery, management, and coordination of cross-functional teams, both onshore and offshore. Your expertise will be instrumental in partnering with internal organizations, customer stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure project success, timely delivery, and adherence to budget and quality expectations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams of technical and functional specialists, responsible for implementing and maintaining our enterprise software solutions for pharmaceutical and medical technology customers.
- Develop and nurture strong customer relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and driving customer satisfaction.
- Partner with internal teams, including Product Management, Product Development, Cloud Operations, SaaS Team, and Support, to deliver a unified approach to our customers and maximize the value of our solutions.
- Drive project management, including managing project budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, mentoring, and leadership.
- Own and manage project scope, objectives, execution plans, and risk management, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with Senior Directors to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to revenue growth and business expansion.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our Application Services practice, including tool development, methodology refinement, and promoting best practices.
- Embody the Model N culture of work-life balance, maximizing individual and team efficiencies and productivity while maintaining a healthy and sustainable work environment.
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in project management, demonstrating increasing responsibility and successful management of complex enterprise software implementations, such as SAP, Oracle Financials, or Siebel.
- Experience leading enterprise software implementations using Agile Methodology, with varying size and complexity.
- Experience in consultative, customer-facing project management roles, ideally supporting globally located teams and involving third-party partnerships.
- Project Manager certification (PMP) is preferred, but not required.
- Experience in the Life Sciences industry is a plus, as well as knowledge of SFDC.
- Ability to travel as required (approximately 10% of the time).

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

- A base salary range of $121,500 - $182,300, depending on experience and qualifications.
