Pure Barre, the largest and most established barre fitness concept in the nation, is seeking a dynamic and confident Barre Fitness Instructor to join our team in Bradenton, FL. With over 500 studios in the United States and Canada, Pure Barre has revolutionized the fitness industry with its unique and effective technique, friendly atmosphere, and motivating music. Our studios in Lakewood Ranch and Bradenton are looking for individuals who share our passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others to achieve their goals.
As a Barre Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching a minimum of 5-6 classes per week, including early mornings, midday, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will be expected to plan and prepare diligently for each class, including studying choreography and class planning, as well as learning full choreography changes on a quarterly basis. You will also be required to assist with keeping the studio tidy and maintaining a high-energy level throughout each 50-minute class.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess an enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing personality, with a passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others. You should have an active lifestyle, already living a health-centered life, and be dependable with a strong work ethic. Musicality and the ability to confidently lead a room of 20+ people are essential, as well as excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
All instructors are required to complete a 3.5-day virtual training, as well as significant 'at home' study and preparation for certification before being eligible to teach classes. A minimum one-year commitment to teaching is required before attending the 3.5-day training. A fully refundable training deposit is required to attend training.
