Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and certified English tutors to join our team of online educators. As a Preply tutor, you will have the opportunity to teach English to students from all over the world, on your own schedule and at your own price. You will be able to create your own lesson plans or use Preply's curriculum, and you will have access to training and professional development through our Tutor Academy and regular webinars.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English online to Preply students from all over the world, on your own schedule and at your own price
- Create your own lesson plans or use Preply's curriculum for your lessons with your students
- Use Preply's integrated calendar to set your availability and schedule lessons with students
- Access training and professional development through Preply's Tutor Academy and regular webinars
- Provide comprehensive materials and resources to meet students' needs
- Be energetic, patient, responsible, and cheerful in your interactions with students
Essential Qualifications
To become a Preply tutor, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:
- Proficiency in English
- A University degree or Certificate to teach English (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, DELTA, etc), or equivalent qualification in English language teaching
- Experience teaching one-on-one classes with proven results, preferably online
- Experience providing comprehensive materials and resources to meet students' needs
- A high-speed internet connection
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience teaching English online
