Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide to ensure seamless and efficient issue resolution.
• Help customers resolve basic technical issues, addressing their concerns and improving their overall experience.
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to maintain accurate records and drive business insights.
• Offer additional products and/or services to customers, enhancing their engagement and loyalty.
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, even in a remote setting, to build trust and satisfaction.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• To be a recent Ultimate Medical Academy Graduate.
• 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
• A high school diploma or GED, with some positions requiring an associate degree or higher and/or a 2-year medical certification.
• Open availability and a quiet, distraction-free environment to work from home.
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to navigate complex systems and technologies.

• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with a desktop or laptop that meets our technical requirements.

• Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence.
