About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who is wildly comfortable with tech, loves using it to solve complex problems, and is hyper-organized with a keen eye for detail. As a natural problem solver, you will be responsible for leading our tech team, managing projects, and ensuring that all marketing initiatives are completed efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our Marketing Integrator to ensure marketing projects are completed on time and to a high standard
- Assess and identify the tech assets and project requirements needed for project completion
- Distill complex marketing projects into simple, structured tasks for the team
- Lead, manage, and assign tasks and projects to the marketing team to achieve marketing goals
- Hold the team accountable for project deadlines and ensure that all projects are completed to a high standard
- Ability to step in and implement the tech portion of projects when needed
- Identify potential roadblocks to project completion and facilitate solutions to eliminate them
- Manage our overseas tech team and facilitate communication between team members in various departments
- Audit our technology suite on an ongoing basis and stay up to date with cutting-edge marketing technologies
- Identify and vet new technologies and personally assist with implementing tech as needed
- Proofread marketing copy and other materials with excellence before they go live
- Be the last set of eyeballs on various marketing pieces and check that everything is correct, clear, and working properly
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to be:
- Highly technical with a strong understanding of marketing technologies
- Hyper-organized with a keen eye for detail and a ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- A stickler for details with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable leading a team and managing projects with multiple stakeholders
- Flexible with a ability to work extra hours when needed and adapt to changing priorities
- Good at making complex things simple and communicating technical information to non-technical team members
- Proactive and takes initiative with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Calm and focused under pressure with a ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A "can-do" person with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
- Ready to tackle projects and problems with a sense of urgency and a focus on results
- A people person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Follows through on commitments and is reliable and dependable
Additional Requirements
In addition to the above requirements, you will need to:
- Be available to work night time hours when needed to manage and collaborate with our overseas technical team
- Have access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
- Have a reliable and distraction-free work environment
- Be located in a U.S. time zone
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including:
